Turtle soup was an Earth food made from the flesh of a turtle.

In 2154, Captain Jonathan Archer was being held prisoner on Azati Prime by Xindi-Reptilian Commander Dolim. Archer told him that Earth was ruled millions of years before by reptiles, such as the dinosaurs, which were wiped out. Archer went on to explain that the dinosaurs later evolved into various reptiles, including turtles. Archer then told Dolim that a restaurant in San Francisco had delicious turtle soup and that he should try it. (ENT: "Azati Prime")
