Trimagnesite was a variation of magnesite.

Burning combined with trevium, trimagnesite produced large quantities of ultraviolet light. This effect formed the basis of the ultraviolet satellites used in 2267, to destroy the neural parasites on Deneva. (TOS: "Operation -- Annihilate!")
