A tricardial diagnostic was a medical procedure performed on Ferengi.

In 2375, Seven of Nine, while exhibiting the personality of DaiMon Torrot, told The Doctor that he should run a complete tricardial diagnostic, as the Ferengi Health Commission had been trying to revoke his trading license. (VOY: "Infinite Regress")
