Travis Fickett is a television writer and occasional comic book author, often working closely with Terry Matalas. He was a staff writer on the Terra Nova television series, executive produced by Brannon Braga, and has since moved on to work on the Nikita show.

In 2012, he and Matalas wrote the script for Star Trek: The Next Generation - Hive, a comic series from IDW Publishing, based on a story by Braga.
