Cheramie is maybe best known for his role as Rollins in the action sequel Road House 2: Last Call (2006). He has also worked as animal wrangler on several productions, including the television series Blue Collar TV (2004), the television mystery film Now You See It... (2005, with Frank Langella and stunts by Tim Sitarz), the science fiction thriller Locusts (2005, with Natalija Nogulich), the action thriller Deja Vu (2006), the romantic comedy Three Days to Vegas (2007, with Bill Cobbs, Billy Burke, and Patrick Fischler), and the horror thriller The Reaping (2007, along Star Trek stunt performers Robert Alonzo, Eddie Braun, Charlie Brewer, Joel Kramer, and Brian Simpson).
Cheramie served as stunt double on the television horror film Vampire Bats (2005), the thriller Shooting Gallery (2005), and for Clifton Collins, Jr. in the drama Little Chenier (2006, with Brett Rickaby and Barbara Williams). He served as assistant stunt coordinator for the drama Yellow Handkerchief (2008, with stunts by Eric Norris).
Other productions Cheramie performed stunts in include the television biopic Elvis (2005, with Eugenie Bondurant), two episodes of the television series Thief (2006, with Clifton Collins, Jr., Albert Hall, and stunts by Gregory J. Barnett), the thriller All The King's Men (2006, with Glenn Morshower, Caroline Lagerfelt, and Michael Cavanaugh), the drama Factory Girl (2006), the television series K-Ville (2007) and 24 (2007, with James Cromwell, Alexander Siddig, Natalija Nogulich, and stunts by Erik Stabenau), the comedy Meet the Spartans (2008, with Diedrich Bader, Phil Morris, and stunts by Max Daniels, Henry Kingi, Jr., Theo Kypri, and Nicole Randall), and the action film Jump Out Boys (2008).
More recently, Cheramie has worked as stunt rigger on the horror thriller The Midnight Man (2008, with Michael Reilly Burke), served as stunt coordinator for the drama Chess (2009, with Joe Chrest), and performed stunts in the drama Black Water Transit (2008, with Bill Cobbs, Karl Urban, and stunts by Mike Smith and Henry Kingi, Jr.), the action film Streets of Blood (2009), Renny Harlin's action film 12 Rounds (2009, with stunts by Shawn Crowder, Henry Kingi, Jr., and Eric Norris), and Harold Ramis' comedy Year One (2009).
