In a deleted scene from ENT: "The Expanse", Tommy was the maitre d' of the chinatown Chinese restaurant where Jonathan Archer met Becky. He welcomed Archer in a friendly manner and knew him from prior visits to the restaurant. He told Archer that the people were staying home since the Xindi superweapon attack on Earth.

Tommy was portrayed by Jim Lau.
