Tom Jackson (born 27 October 1948; age 63) appeared as Lakanta in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Journey's End".
Jackson is a Canadian actor and singer. He has recorded over thirteen albums and produces an annual Christmas charity event, the "Huron Carole". His many TV appearances include Shining Time Station (Billy Twofeathers) on the Public Broadcasting Service, Sesame Street (Himself), and he is best known in Canada for his ongoing role in the drama series North of 60 (Peter Kenidi) in the 1990s.
