Tom Hand (born 2 March 1973; age 51) played the role of Luther Sloan's son in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Extreme Measures". He was not credited for this part.

Born in Atlanta, Georgie as Tommy Malone Hand he attended the Duluth High School in Duluth, Georgia and later the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Beside his work on Deep Space Nine, Hand had featured background roles in the crime thriller Kalifornia (1993, with Michelle Forbes, Sierra Pecheur, and Patricia Tallman), the television movie I'll Fly Away: Then and Now (1993, with Bill Cobbs), and in the comedy Tyrone (1999, with Brent Hinkley).

Today, Hand is working as Shipboard Human Resources Manager for Celebrity Cruises.
