Tom Hallman is an artist whose work includes designing the cover art of several Star Trek novels, such as Hollow Men, the re-released novel The Entropy Effect and the mirror universe anthologies Glass Empires, Obsidian Alliances, and Shards and Shadows. Hallman also illustrated the cover art of The Empty Chair.
