Tom Bergeron (born 6 May 1955; age 68) is a producer, show host, and actor who appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. He first portrayed the alien D'Marr in the first season episode "Oasis" for which he filmed his scenes on Thursday 24 January 2002 on Paramount Stage 8. Later he appeared as the Coridanite ambassador in the fourth season episode "Demons".

Bergeron is best known as a reality TV and game show host. From 2001-2015, he hosted America's Funniest Home Videos on ABC, and since 2005, he has hosted the celebrity ballroom dancing competition Dancing with the Stars on ABC. He previously hosted the show People Are Talking in 1990 which featured Pam Pruitt-McGeary in an episode.

Bergeron hosted the most recent version of the television game show Hollywood Squares. Star Trek: The Next Generation actress Whoopi Goldberg served as an executive producer and celebrity panelist, occupying the center square, for the first four of the version's six seasons.

As an actor, Bergeron appeared as a TV News Reporter in Gremlins (1984, with Zach Galligan, Dick Miller, Keye Luke, Jonathan Banks, Frank Welker, Jerry Goldsmith, William Schallert, and Kenneth Tobey) and as himself in a sixth season episode of The Nanny, titled "Making Whoopi" (1998, with Daniel Davis, Tim Lounibos, and Whoopi Goldberg).

Following his appearances on Enterprise, Bergeron worked on the comedy Rock Slyde (2009, with Andy Dick and Jason Alexander), an episode of Castle (2010, executive produced by Rob Bowman and René Echevarria), and lent his voice to an episode of Phineas and Ferb (2011, along with the voices of Dee Bradley Baker, Maulik Pancholy, Diedrich Bader, and George Takei).

Most recently, he appeared as the Taco on The Masked Singer, first revealed in March, 2020.
