Todd F. Marsh is an artist and graphic designer. He worked for FASA through the 1980s contributing artwork to a variety of their role playing game systems including Doctor Who, Shadowrun, Mechwarrior, and Star Trek. For his work on the Star Trek game system, he contributed interior artwork to a number of books published between 1984 and 1988. On a number of these publications, he also did pasteup work and layout design.
