Titus Welliver (born 12 March 1961; age 63) is the actor who portrayed the character of Maxwell Burke in the Star Trek: Voyager episodes "Equinox" and "Equinox, Part II".

His ex-wife is Joanna Heimbold, who portrayed Laura in the Voyager episodes "Unimatrix Zero" and "Unimatrix Zero, Part II".

He is known for his role as Silas Adams on the HBO television series Deadwood. Recently, Welliver had a guest role in two episodes of FOX's Prison Break, along with Leon Russom, Robert Knepper, and Denise Crosby, and appeared in "The Monsters are on Maple Street" on The Twilight Zone. He guest starred in the Season 5 finale of ABC's Lost as the unnamed nemesis of the character of Jacob, who is revealed as having been posing as Terry O'Quinn's character for several episodes, and reprised the role twice more in Season 6.
