According to the "It's Federation Day!" article created for Star Trek Generations, Titus Oleet was an ambassador for the newly-independent Centauri system in the 22nd century and was present at the Federation Charter signing ceremony on October 11, 2161. However, this information is not canon as the article was not seen on-screen. According to Larry Nemecek, who wrote the article, Titus Oleet was named after his mother, Oleta Titus. [1]
