Titus IV was the fourth planet in the Titus planetary system. This was the homeworld for the Lycosa tarantula, a species of spider.

The planet was visited by Miles O'Brien prior to 2369, where he almost stepped on a spider. He took with him this particular one and named her Christina. (TNG: "Realm of Fear")
