Tim Finch was a Co-Producer on Star Trek: Enterprise for twelve episodes of the first season. He also co-wrote the episode "Cold Front".

Prior to his work on Enterprise, Finch wrote three episodes of the UPN science fiction series Seven Days, starring Norman Lloyd and Alan Scarfe. One of these episodes, "Peacekeepers", was directed by TOS stuntman Charlie Picerni.
