The artificial intelligence

This artificial intelligence was regarded by Kurros as one with "the mind of a mathematician and the soul of an artist," adding that "I'm afraid he'd much rather be modelling a fractal sculpture than analyzing the data of our latest astronomical scan."

Upon meeting Seven of Nine, this artificial intelligence wished to speak to her about her bionetic technology. Seven allowed it, and the two interfaced via direct telepathic communication, at which point he requested information about integrating organic components into its own technology, and Seven complied by giving him "some pointers."

Later, when Seven of Nine rejected their request for her to join the "Think Tank", this artificial intelligence provided them with information, stating that "our calculations indicate a 96% chance the Borg will still be ours." (VOY: "Think Tank")

The voice for this artificial intelligence during the "Think Tank"'s various "telepathic" conversations was provided by an unknown actor. The studio model representing the artificial intelligence was later seen aboard the Hirogen vessel controlled by holograms in the episode VOY: "Flesh and Blood" and aboard the Graviton catapult vessel in the episode VOY: "The Voyager Conspiracy".

Jellyfish-like lifeform

The jellyfish-type alien

The jellyfish-like lifeform was a female coelenterate lifeform member of the "Think Tank". She was an expert on temporal physics, and was regarded by Kurros as one of the most gifted members of their group.

She solved the geostability problem facing Saowin's world by finding the precise harmonic for a planetary containment field.

When Kathryn Janeway and Seven of Nine first encountered her, they assumed that she was being studied by the "Think Tank" members, but was informed by Kurros, that in fact, she was studying them. According to Kurros, she found them "interesting."

Later, when Seven of Nine rejected their request for her to join the "Think Tank", this individual suggested their best course of action was for them to "let the scenario continue." (VOY: "Think Tank")

The voice for this creature during the "Think Tank"'s "telepathic" conversations was provided by an unknown actress. The Star Trek Customizable Card Game named this character as "Sullin".
