Deep Space 9 - vessel arrival roster — The arrival roster at Deep Space 9 listing Theta Omicron IV.

Theta Omicron IV was the fourth planet in the Theta Omicron planetary system.

In 2370, the planet was visited by the Federation starship USS Yorktown. The ship departed Theta Omicron, and was due to arrive at starbase Deep Space 9 on stardate 47550.1. (DS9: "Whispers")

Theta Omicron IV was not mentioned in dialog, but listed with the Yorktown on the arrival roster displayed on a desk viewscreen.
Whether this planet is in any way related to the Omicron Theta system is unknown.
