The Therinians were a species which existed sometime prior to the 24th century. They were known for the ice age on their homeworld.

In 2373, Q threatened to send the crew of the USS Voyager back to the Therinian Ice Age but she was unable to because she had lost the abilities of the Q. (VOY: "The Q and the Grey")
