Thelka IV was the fourth planet in the Thelka planetary system. This inhabited planet was home to a special sort of dessert.

Captain Picard wanted to present this dessert to Nella Daren in 2369, but was prevented from doing so by a crisis on Bersallis III. (TNG: "Lessons")
