James T. Kirk: Enterprise captain.
Spock: Vulcan Enterprise exec and science officer.
Leonard McCoy: Enterprise surgeon.
Montgomery Scott: Enterprise chief engineer.
Hikaru Sulu: Enterprise helmsman.
Uhura: Enterprise communications officer.
Pavel Chekov: Enterprise officer.
Jinz: A lieutenant with a high ranking Starfleet officer as a father.
Inoduku: Leader of the Sanoora, and specifically the Builder faction.
Dahvi: A Sanoora that acts as a guide to Kirk and Jinz.
Bir: Leader of the minority "Returner" faction.

Sanoora: An alien species that lived on planet Nraka over 500,000 years ago (see "The Evictors" for further details).
Returners: A faction of Sanoora that wants to return to Nraka and repopulate it.
Builders: The faction of the Sanoora that wants to build a new world.
