The Tevak shipyards were a Cardassian-Dominion shipyard.
In 2375, elements from the Cardassian Rebellion sabotaged the shipyard's dilithium storage bunkers, which vaporized the facility. The raid was made possible by Odo, who infiltrated the Operations center and disabled the security protocols. (DS9: "Tacking Into the Wind")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 46, the Tevak shipyards were named after the Tevak star system. The system's primary was a red dwarf. This system was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
