Tessic was a leader of an alien colony in the 22nd century. The colony was visited by the Klingons who forced the colonists to give them the best deuterium they had mined. When the Enterprise visited the colony in 2152, the crew helped Tessic and his people to fight off the Klingons. (ENT: "Marauders")
