Tesnia was the homeworld of the Tesnians.
In 2151, the Enterprise NX-01 rescued a group of Tesnians from their critically-damaged ship and transported them back to Tesnia. (ENT: "Shuttlepod One")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 60, Tesnia was located in the Alpha Quadrant. This non-aligned planet orbited a yellow dwarf.
