This page features the Terellians. It is possible you may also be looking for the Tarellians, Terrelians, Terrellians, or Tyrellians.

The Terellians were a spacefaring humanoid race known for having four arms, found across the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. They were also known for their own variety of spices.

In 2370, while en route to Iyar, Jean-Luc Picard and his pilot, Voval, crash-landed on a class M planet, where Picard discovered a Terellian freighter which had crashed there several years before. (TNG: "Liaisons")

In 2375, Benjamin Sisko enlisted Quark to help him procure Terellian diamonds for his wedding ring to Kasidy Yates. (DS9: "'Til Death Do Us Part")

The Doctor, when explaining the new neural patterns that had surfaced in Seven of Nine's brain, compared them to those of Vulcans, Humans, Klingons, and Terellians. (VOY: "Infinite Regress")

The Terellians are also mentioned in Voyager season 7 episode 3, "Drive" as a competing species in the race by Neelix immediately after the race resumes after an act of sabotage is resolved and the race resumes. It is not known if they are the same Terellians as from the alpha quadrant, but it is more likely to be a coincidence.
