Tera nut soufflé was one of the many confections created by Tuvok after losing his memory in 2376. The most important ingredient was the tera nut. Judging by the reactions of various USS Voyager crew members, it is likely that it "tasted good", as that was the reason Tuvok claimed to only make desserts. (VOY: "Riddles")

This dish was one of Neelix's favorite foods by later that year. Seven of Nine prepared it for him, along with some Talaxian stew, in an attempt to cheer him up. It "collapsed slightly" but was entirely edible. (VOY: "Memorial") Later, while meditating with Tuvok, Neelix would envision himself at a gathering in his honor, with his friends and fellow crewmembers having prepared all of his favorite dishes, including tera nut soufflé. (VOY: "The Haunting of Deck Twelve")
