Tequila was an alcoholic drink originating from Mexico on Earth.
In 2063, Deanna Troi had three shots of Tequila with Zefram Cochrane before he finally admitted his identity. The tequilas got Troi drunk and even unconscious. (Star Trek: First Contact)
