The Temtibi Lagoon was a body of water located on Risa. It hosted touristic facilities.

The planet's weather control was configured so it never rained in the region containing the lagoon. Its water was warm, and the wind smelled sweet. The hills around the lagoon contained hot springs.

In 2373, Arandis was chief facilitator for the entire Temtibi Lagoon and the resort on its shore. In that year, the lagoon was chosen by the New Essentialists as a place to preach their message. After one month without much succes, they decided to force their message upon tourists on Risa by sabotaging the weather grid. (DS9: "Let He Who Is Without Sin...")
