To be used on all talk pages? Really? I'm not entirely convinced that this is such a good idea. The "start a new discussion" bit is far too big at the moment, and I don't think that this works on most pages.

Also, for episode talk pages, if this is going to replace what is currently there, this must include a __TOC__ underneath the episode maintenance box. -- sulfur 18:56, June 26, 2010 (UTC)
