• Use this Redirect category template on all redirects to disambiguation (dab) pages if and only if the redirect on which this Rcat is placed has "(disambiguation)" in its title.

Example: See the dab page USS Enterprise, which does not have "(disambiguation)" in its title. Go to USS Enterprise (disambiguation) and you will be redirected to the same page ("Antenna"). Just below the title, you will see "(Redirected from USS Enterprise (disambiguation))". Click on that link to see the redirect. That is the only kind of page where this template should be used.

• Place this template on the page in the following manner:

#REDIRECT [[(Target page name)]] {{RDAB}}

• This Rcat automatically populates the Redirects to disambiguation pages category.
