This template is used to inform readers of the fact that an article has successfully been nominated for "Featured Article" status. For more information about that, please see Memory Alpha:Featured article policies.

Usage Edit

For "first time" Featured Articles:

|date    = 
|id      = 
}}

Or, for articles with a "reconfirmed" FA status:

{{featured
|date    = 
|id      = 
|re-date = 
|re-id   = 
}}

Variables Edit

date

should be month and year of the FA status, for example: February 2010

id

the page ID of the article when adding this template

re-date

should be month and year of the articles last reconfirmation, for example: February 2012

re-id

the page ID of the article when changing this template after a reconfirmation

Examples Edit

With both mandatory parameters defined, using the Dominion War article for the example:

With both the mandatory and reconfirmation parameters defined, using the Telek R'Mor article for the example:
