Use of a second parameter allows linking to an anchor tag on an article, such as:

{{EpTalk|The Quickening|Rating}}

Produces:

Talk:The Quickening#Rating

Use of a third parameter allows for alternate link text to be shown, such as:

{{EpTalk|The Quickening|Rating|at this page here}}

Produces:

at this page here
