Glinn Telak was the executive officer of the Cardassian Galor-class vessel Vetar in the late 24th century. As trouble began arising among the colonists of Dorvan V in 2370, Telak was left in command of the ship while his commander, Gul Evek, attempted to deal with the situation. (TNG: "Journey's End")
