Tel-Peh was an officer of the Klingon Defense Force in the 24th century. Tel-Peh commanded the Vor'cha class attack cruiser IKS Toh'Kaht in 2369, on its mission into the Gamma Quadrant. Tel-Peh was killed when the Toh'Kaht exploded near Deep Space Nine. (DS9: "Dramatis Personae")
