Captain Tel-Peh was an officer in the Klingon Defense Forces during the 2360s.

In 2369, Tel-Peh commanded the Vor'cha-class attack cruiser IKS Toh'Kaht during its mission into the Gamma Quadrant. Tel'Peh was killed when the Toh'Kaht exploded near Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Dramatis Personae")
