The Tehara system was a star system in the Delta Quadrant controlled by the Devore Imperium. This system, containing five planets, was a single star system. As of 2375, there was an automated Devore sensor array nearby to scan for unauthorized vessels.
In mid-2375, Captain Kathryn Janeway of the USS Voyager determined that an interspatial flexure out of Devore space was due to open in the Tehara system. Despite a plot by Devore Inspector Kashyk to destroy the wormhole, Janeway was able to misdirect him long enough for a number of Brenari refugees to reach the wormhole and escape. (VOY: "Counterpoint")
There also appeared to be four spatial anomalies, other star systems, or some other unnamed phenomena in the diagram.
