Ted Parker is an actor who appeared as a background performer in several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He received no credit for his appearances. His costume from "Birthright" was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and was also worn by background actress Chiara Harris in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager. [1]
