Taylor McCluskey (born 4 August 1982; age 41) is an American actor and stand-in who portrayed a Kelvin alien in Star Trek. [1] [2]

According to the Internet Movie Database, McCluskey played an alien aboard the USS Kelvin. This has yet to be confirmed.

McCluskey was born in Auburn, California. He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Theater, Film and Television in 2006. He also trained in cold reading at the Margie Haber Studio in Los Angeles. In addition to acting, he is skilled in martial arts and in playing guitar and the harmonica.

McCluskey can also be seen in such films as A Cinderella Story (which featured John Billingsley), Southland Tales (starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, John Larroquette, and Wallace Shawn), and The Number 23 (starring Virginia Madsen and featuring Ed Lauter). His television credits include an episode of the series Boston Legal, which stars William Shatner and which, at the time, featured René Auberjonois in the cast. McCluskey's episode also guest-starred Joanna Cassidy and Michael Shamus Wiles.

As a stand-in, McCluskey worked on the hit 2007 comedy film Knocked Up (featuring Andy Dick and Adam Scott). He also did an episode of the HBO series John from Cincinnati, which starred Willie Garson, Bruce Greenwood, and Matt Winston.
