The Tarahongians are a warp capable species. In the mid-24th century, Quark and his cousin Barbo sold defective warp cores to their government. Quark informed the Tarahongians and Barbo was imprisoned in a Tarahong detention center. They released him in 2369. (DS9: "The Nagus")
