Tamarin frost was a sweet beverage available in the Ten Forward lounge in the USS Enterprise-D. Timothy ordered one during his visit to Ten Forward with Deanna Troi in 2368. (TNG: "Hero Worship")
According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia this beverage is called a "Tamarian" frost, however the script and subtitles clearly spell it "Tamarin."
