Talura was an acquaintance of Hagath's.

She accompanied him and Quark's cousin Gaila to Deep Space 9, when they were doing weapons business on the station. (DS9: "Business as Usual")

Talura was played by actress Charlie Curtis. She appears to be the same species as Larell.
