ContradictionsEdit

I see several apparent contradictions in this article: first, the "Xindi-Humanoids" and the "Xindi-Primates" are one and the same! There's the Reptilians, the Insectoids, the Humanoids, the Sloths, and the Aquatics. (Plus the Avians.) Second, the dates for the war make absolutely no sense. The conduct of the Xindi council does not appear like one where the members had been at each others' throats just a couple of years previously. Furthermore, the NX-01 discovered that the Xindi homeworld had actually been destroyed several hundred years ago. The war couldn't have been just before ENT's time! -- Dan Carlson 20:39, 28 Jan 2004 (PST)

I agree, this is mostly fan-fiction, as is the content of Xindi-Avian and the former content of Xindi, apparently by the same author. Do we even know if "Hundred-Year War" is a fitting title? I think this one should be deleted. -- Cid Highwind 00:05, 29 Jan 2004 (PST)

Now, hang on a minute... I'm pretty sure that Graylik did mention some sort of cataclysmic war that destroyed the Xindi homeworld, in "The Shipment". I don't recall all the details, and I don't think that it was specifically called a "Hundred-Year War", but I think we might want to hold off on deletion pending a double-checking of the facts. At the very least, some of the information might be usable in other pages. -- Dan Carlson 08:51, 29 Jan 2004 (PST)

All the canon info should go into Xindi history anyway... All we know is the Xindi Homeworld was destroyed around the 2030s by a war, the Xindi-Avians were wiped out during that war, and not much else... -- DarkHorizon 09:11, 29 Jan 2004 (PST)
I agree, in my opinion there isn't much more that we really know... The war lasted one or more centuries and ended around 2030 with the destruction of homeworld and Xindi-Avian species by Reptilians and Insectoids. This is already mentioned on Xindi Homeworld and Xindi history. I don't think we do know anything about specific intentions, alliances or technologies during that war yet. -- Cid Highwind 10:20, 29 Jan 2004 (PST)

Gotcha about the info already on other pages -- that's fine. But are you sure that no one mentioned who destroyed their world or why? For some reason it sticks out in my mind that Graylik did say something about that, but maybe I'm just imagining it. ;-) -- Dan Carlson 12:14, 29 Jan 2004 (PST)
