Elysian councilor Edit

What is the basis for calling the councilor an Aquan? She looks nothing like other Aquans, like the female one pictured on the right. --OuroborosCobra ^talk 03:54, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

The claim that, just because the councilor is encased in water, she must be an Aquan seems more than a little dumb, in my opinion. --Defiant 18:28, June 20, 2011 (UTC)
