Presumably named after russian military commander Georgy Shukov? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhukov
Grigori (Григорий) in russian is standalone name, like Gregory in english. Both names is derived from the Latin name Gregorius. Name of Zhukov is Georgiy (Георгий), that the same like George in english. Both names is derived from the Ancient Greek γεωργός (geōrgos). So name must be Georgiy, not Grigori.
The article gave the registry as "NCC-26136" in the main text, while the background note states that it was actually "62136" on the model itself. Is there any source for the other registry? If so, re-add to text and sidebar (and put the reference here, at least). Thanks, Cid Highwind 13:51, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
- The operations lounge version of the Starship mission status readout listed the corrected registry 26136, according to Okuda et al. the 62136 was used on the model and an earlier okudagram but was not what he intended. None of the three was overtly visible onscreen, but i believe either the Star Trek Encyclopedia or http://ex-astris-scientia.org have information about any comments made on the matter. -- Captain M.K.B. 14:19, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
