I'm trying to decipher the 16 names listed of the "Temporal Integrity Commission"

A previous edit listed several familiar Trek dedication plaque honorees, but they don't seem to be the names listed here -- this list seems to be all :

• Dr. X. XXXXX, PhD (some with different degrees besides PhD)

There are a couple exceptions of

• Capt. X. XXXXXX, XXX

and

• Prof. X. XXXXXX, XXX

The initials that follow the names seem to be Degrees, department initials, or credit initials
Phd Doctorate
Ret Retired
BAS Bachelors of Arts, Science
MD Medical Doctor
NTSC National Testing and Standards Center
NCV Ship designation
OCL Unknown
The production staff is on the left, the priciple cast is on the right.

The Font used is Robust ICG, But I can't find it, Any help would be appreciated.
