In the alternate reality created by Nero's arrival in the 23rd century, the USS Farragut was destroyed at the Battle of Vulcan.
This ship has it's own page: USS Farragut. - Archduk3:talk 05:00, November 23, 2009 (UTC)
Apocrypha
Edit
Does the reference to USS Farragut (NCC-60597) in The Return really belong on this page, since that was a different starship? – Skteosk 21:27, June 12, 2010 (UTC)
Removed fanon
Edit
I removed the following from the Apocrypha section:
The ship is now the focus of the Web series Starship Farragut, produced by Farragut Films in conjunction with NEO/fx. The series follows the recent posting of Captain John Carter (John Broughton) to the command of the Farragut, with Commander Robert "RT" Tacket (Michael Bednar) as his First Officer/Science Officer, and Lt. Commander Michelle "Mike" Smithfield (Holly Bednar) as his Chief Engineer. The series runs more-or-less concurrently with "sister" fan series Star Trek: Phase II (ie. a timeframe equivalent to the fourth year of the USS Enterprise's five-year mission under James Kirk), and has featured members of its cast as guest stars. To date, Farragut Films has produced two one-hour live action episodes, one live-action vignette, and two Animated episodes in the same style as Star Trek: The Animated Series.
"Apocrypha" is for licensed Star Trek works only. Not fan films. See our canon policy.– Cleanse ( talk | contribs ) 01:56, November 30, 2010 (UTC)
