Incomplete[]
I added some info and changed the stub to incomplete. Specifically I'm pretty sure there was at least some onscreen dialogue concerning the negotiations at the conference or at least the main issues. That information would be useful here.Logan 5 18:10, 28 Jun 2005 (UTC)
