I just saw this episode for the first time. How does a shape-shifter break his leg or why can't he just reform it?
- You have to go back a couple of episodes to where the Founders turned Odo into a "solid" as punishment for killing another changeling in "The Adversary". Eventually he regained his natural shape-shifting ability. Logan 5 20:45, 28 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Quark's remark about it being "a very simple game" is a joke on the very difficult rules made up by Captain Kirk in that episode.

Crash footage Edit
When the runabout crashes into the forested planet, the view through the runabout's window looks a lot like the view on the viewscreen in Generations when the Enterprise crashes onto Veridian III. Does anyone know whether it was reused footage? —Josiah Rowe 22:57, August 24, 2010 (UTC)
