Well, I was looking over Category:Vulcans and every instance of a name with T - ' - Something has the letter after the apostrophe capitalized, so I thought this should be consistent with that. -- Kingfisher 04:25, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

From the script:

QUARK: "And I'll call you T'lana -- you know, from "Vulcan Love Slave" Volume Three."
