I'm not sure. Since this was one character acting as two, I can see your point. But I guess the reason I've separated T'Paal from Tallera, was in an attempt to write individual articles on each from the point of view of who the character was up to the point that it was revealed to the viewer that she wasn't who she appeared to be. Therefore, Tallera, a Romulan mercenary had one agenda... and T'Paal, a Vulcan false V'Shar agent/isolationist had another. Essentially T'Paal is to Tallera, as O'Brien is to Connelly. --Gvsualan 21:23, 5 Jun 2005 (UTC)

removed text Edit
I removed the following text added by an anon since I couldn't find any listing of the book referenced (i.e. it didn't pass the Google test), and so I suspect it's a work of fan fiction. If I'm wrong, please feel free to put it back (with it properly cited and marked as apocrypha).
- It was discussed in the book "Out of the Forge, onto the Anvil", that T'Paal was Saavik, only slightly older (by Vulcan standards), and upset by what she considered the abduction of Spocks son by Vulcan leaders.
