"It's A Gift" where syrup of squill was being discussed by two noisy neighbors while Fields was attempting to sleep on his front porch. The mother and daughter were trying to decide whether to buy syrup of squill or epicac in an annoying sing-song manner. Fields delighted in using odd-sounding names collected during his travels while a stage performer. Coincidentally, both "It's A Gift" and "Star Trek" were produced at Paramount.
